Critics doubted his credibility as a wrestler, questioning whether he was just a washed-up actor seeking attention. But Steiner’s dedication and passion silenced the skeptics, as he earned the respect of his peers and fans alike.

"The Redeemer" developed a unique wrestling style, combining elements of technical wrestling with high-flying maneuvers.
Kirkman Scott - Brooklyn Steiner Father{"Kirkman Scott"} Kirkman Scott the father of Brooklyn Steiner, a larger-than-life Italian-American Hollywood executive, whose roots in the industry run deep. With a lineage spanning generations, Kirkman's family has been synonymous with showbiz success. From his great grandfather to his father, the Scott name has been etched into Hollywood's history books.
Kirkman's unwavering dedication to his craft is both his blessing and his curse. Having spent the majority of his life within the glitzy confines of Hollywood, he's amassed not only wealth and influence but a legacy that's intertwined in with the very fabric of the industry. He's seen the evolution of cinema from its golden age to its modern digital renaissance.
However, this devotion has exacted its price on his personal life. Kirkman's relationships outside the studio walls have often been strained, as he's tirelessly championed his work over his family. Despite the sacrifices, he wears this choice as a badge of honor, a testament to his undying commitment to his passion.
One poignant consequence of Kirkman's single-minded focus is his complex relationship with his son. Brooklyn's aspirations to become an actor were ignited at a young age, perhaps due to his father's immense influence. Yet, this shared dream became a double-edged sword, driving a wedge between father and son. Kirkman's relentless pursuit of Hollywood greatness for Brooklyn strained their connection, leaving it fractured and distant.
Driven by a fervent desire to see his son succeed, Kirkman has pulled strings behind the scenes to help Brooklyn land roles in blockbuster movies. The intentions are noble, a father's way of offering support, but the execution has often blurred the lines between genuine care and industry pressure.
For Kirkman, Hollywood isn't just an occupation; it's a calling. He views it as the ultimate pursuit, a passion that's been passed down through generations. To him, the glitz and glamor of Tinseltown represent a legacy that must be upheld, even at the cost of personal bonds.
As we delve into Kirkman Scott's tale, we witness a man who walks the tightrope between his own aspirations and the desire to see his son soar. The shadows of his forefathers loom large, and whether Kirkman can find a way to reconcile his passion for Hollywood with the need for familial connection remains a poignant question in his journey.

Juan loves interacting with his students and helping them to learn and thrive in his classroom. He takes pride in being a role model for his students and being on hand to navigate them through their journeys to unlocking their full potential.
However, by night, Juan Rodriguez is someone you would never expect to be teaching your child their addition and subtraction the following day. He places a mask on and becomes one of the most technically-competent wrestlers in Mexico - Juan Tothrefor. Juan has been a member of the Art of Lucha roster for several years, becoming somewhat of an understudy to the company's founder, CWA legend Chubby Carlos. Under Chubby's guidance, Juan has held the Art of Lucha Television Championship four times. His most recent reign ended earlier this year, in April. It was his connection to Carlos which earned him an invitation to the CWA's "I'm New Here!" Battle Royal a couple of years ago, which marked his wrestling debut outside of Mexico.
Losing his Television Championship and his appearance in that Battle Royal led to Juan entering the 2023 Carnal Contendership match, which happened to also feature his mentor. Neither were successful in winning the match, but Juan seemed to impress the right people as he was offered an FWA contract shortly after. As he tied things up in Mexico, preparing for his full-time commitment to the FWA, Juan has competed a couple of times, falling short to both El Vengador and Big Bryan Baxter. He has also drawn the ire of Johnny Johnson and The Great Maru; the latter attacking Juan twice on FWA TV so far.Non-FWA accomplishments: 4x Art of Lucha Television ChampionFWA accomplishments: NoneFWA win-loss record, if you wish to keep one: 0-0-2Style of wrestling (brawler, high flyer, technical, etc.): Juan is a very technical wrestler, but can throw out the occasional high flying move despite his size being larger than the average luchador.A minimum of TEN perfected moves your character does in a match (feel free to separate your moveset into categories ie basic strikes, signatures etc.): Arm Drag Arm Wringer Hip Toss Hammerlock Hammerlock Suplex Falcon Arrow Seated Full Nelson Four Punch in the corner Four Amigos Four Elbow Drops in a row Counting Stars (Superkick to midsection, Superkick to shin, Superkick to knee and then Superkick to head) A minimum of one finishing move, and a maximum of three: Last Assignment (Mexican Surfboard) Senor Senton (Springboard Senton Bomb)Attire: Mask and Singlet with the numbers '1,2, 3 and 4' dotted around in various places. Trained in VCAA under the questionably-professional teachings of Murphy Dreyer, Krash didn’t seem to have that bright of a future, being used as more of a punching bag for Murphy’s more prized students to hone their skills on. His big break came primarily by accident - a more national-sized company named OWW: Takedown was having a battle royal to showcase talents across the globe, and after Murphy tricked them into thinking his own company was ‘the biggest in Australia’ when it was barely more than a developmental without a parent company, he arranged for his best student to take part of it. Except his ‘best student’ tore his Achilles tendon shortly before the show, forcing Murphy to find a replacement. Krash was the first person he saw, so he threw a plane ticket at him and told him not to disappoint. From there, his career took off - following success in Takedown, to CGS, CAW, APW, CWA, and finally FWA, with countless championships, treasured allies… And more than a few enemies. Previous Personality: A polite, dramatic thespian with a habit of talking a little bit too much, Krash tended to hold a dry optimistic worldview, often attempting to avoid conflict and opt for a pragmatic solution. As the saying goes, ‘you catch more flies with honey than vinegar’, with many an opponent letting their guard down by his affable, pleasant demeanor. And yet, as one vagabond once alluded to, that silver tongue of his is surrounded by sharp teeth. And as a former mentor once said, he’s burnt so many bridges he should be choking on the smoke. There is a reason he’s won countless titles and accolades throughout his career, after all. While there is no doubt that the treasure of genuine companionship is something Krash is dearly fond of, with a reputation for being endearingly friendly, others hint that a conniving, backstabbing scoundrel lies somewhere beneath the surface. The truth is likely somewhere in between. Current Personality: Following the Jeremy Best incident, Krash has grown withdrawn, reserved, an empty shell of the man he once was. Up until very recently, he was emotionally numb, unable to feel much of anything from an emotional standpoint, be it the companionship of a treasured friend, or the rush of fighting within the squared circle. He was, and in a way still is, a hollowed husk of himself. The connections were severed, and while he’s still trying to keep up the appearance of the affable, good-natured man he was before the incident, it’s increasingly apparent to those who listen that something is missing, something he’s trying to force into existence through will and effort, and failing to do so. Burying Jeremy alive was only the first step in the long, long process to becoming himself again. It will take time, and effort, to be who he once was. Previous Gimmick: High-flying veteran showman. Talkative gentleman, or someone passing as it. Current Gimmick: PTSD-induced trauma. Frequent spells of dissociation. Reserved. Withdrawn. Aware that he is not the person he once was, aware that he is currently missing his emotional state and his ability to feel things, and will do anything to recover them and be himself again. Wrestling Style: Showman high flyer. Excels at crowd control and bringing a crowd to life. Favors a strong speed and defense base, utilizing his agility to stay ahead of the game. Or, to use the H.A.T.S ™ wrestling-based stat styling system… Hardcore - Third strongest trait. Has experience digging deep to inflict and withstand pain with weaponry attached.. Aerial - Strongest trait. Poise and balance is second to none, graceful like a swan. A step behind what he used to be. Technician - Weakest trait and aware of it. Will try to avoid going hold-to-hold and fall into that gameplay of matwork. Striker - Second strongest trait. Favors quick and efficient footwork to strike opponent with dazzling kicks. Originally posted by SJW. Name: Violet Dreyer Nickname: ‘That Dastardly Dreyer’ Age: 25 Height: 5’8 Weight: 141 pounds From: Sydney, Australia Alignment: Er, about that - this started as a heel, in the kinda-sympathetic-but-still-pathetic way where she’s kind of a jerk and a clear-cut villain but she loses so much and occasionally isn’t a complete dirtbag so you kinda want to see her win just once, and now she’s kind of a face without changing anything. I don’t know. Look, this started as a subversion to everyone making THE BEST COOLEST WRESTLERS and it’s sort of gotten away into something else. Blame society. Face, I guess. Status: Active talent Background: Trained by her father, a former wrestler himself by the name of Murphy Dreyer, Violet Dreyer is the latest in the long, long line of the Dreyer lineage. Havn’t heard of them? There’s a reason for that. Imagine the Guerrero Family Legacy, a family full of liars and cheaters. Now imagine them having completely failed to win a single wrestling accomplishment, and you’ve got the Dreyer Family Dynasty. Six generations of losers and miscreants who are just about psychologically unable to wrestle a single match without cheating like an absolute turd. Violet is hoping to overcome the supposed ‘Dreyer Family Curse’ by employing the tactics made famous by her family - namely, cheating like Dick Dastardly as much as possible. Which, much like Dick Dastardly, typically backfires in some form or fashion. There’s a theory that the supposed ‘Curse’ is a curse of the family’s own making, and if they just cut the bullshit and actually fought without plotting out ruses, setting up traps, or getting into long-winded arguments with the referee, the spectators, the commentary team, or just their opponent, then they would’ve won a title by this point. But that would mean the Dreyers would have to take responsibility and be held accountable for their own actions and we can’t have that, so the theory is ignored time and time again. Gimmick: Ineffectual would-be villain who loses so often that it comes back around to being kind of sympathetic in a still pathetic kind of way. Constantly waiting to get signed by a big company, as ‘The Best Unsigned Talent In Wrestling’ - her words, not ours - and so far has only been brought in on a pay-per-basis showing. Any day now, right? Personality: Vulgar, brash, prone to delusions of grandeur. Boastful, impatient, demanding, unable to handle fault or criticism. Desperate for approval. Occasionally self-aware and reflecting, unable to change. Rare moments of tenderness. Somehow endearing. Likes to banter. Honestly just picture Team Rocket rolled into one being with the vocabulary of a sailor and the fashion sense of a punk lout and you’re good. Wrestling Style: Flashy brawler. Not really anything special, but will certainly act like it. Average flyer. Sub-par technician. To use the H.A.T.S ™ wrestling-based stat styling system… Hardcore - Second strongest trait. At home, creative with her own personal weapon of choice - Crowbar. Aerial - Third strongest trait. Whilst Krash’s aerial skills are graceful, swan-like, Violet’s can be generously described as a flying squirrel, rendered blind and throwing itself headfirst into a tree in some vain hope of landing on a branch. Effective, distinctly less polished. Technician - Weakest trait. Has very little patience for the matwork game. Striker - Strongest trait. A scrappy brawler through and through. Case in point: The team of Halloween Knight and Mamífero De Basura, two luchadors that have nothing whatsoever in common, and were just put together for a random tag team match on Ground Zero. For whatever reason, things just 'clicked', and even with only limited experience teaming together, they just had a kind of seamless chemistry right from jump street. Yes, one might be a dancing skeleton, and the other might be a giant possum that hangs out in dumpsters, but they stand for the same things: Lucha culture, and wrestling being as wonderfully weird as possible. Team Gimmick: Lucha Culture is wonderfully weird. Did that Scare you?! Well I know something scarier, and that's the GHOULISH and FRIGHTFUL. Senior SPOOKS, Mr Halloween Knight! The man of a thousand bones is an iconic figure in Lucha Libre, one of the faces of Lucha Libre and one of the best all-rounders Lucha Libre had ever known. His golden period was between 1999 and 2005 when he seemed to chun out awesome matches on a near-nightly basis, but it was more then being a great wrestler, it's more then his infamous dance moves. It was more than his obsession with steel chairs. Halloween Knight was seen by many as the arch-defender of lucha culture, right down to the whole spooky outfit. The concept being simple. Whenever Lucha was dead, Halloween Knight would always be around to bring it back from the dead. So you can imagine the surprise when Halloween Knight left his homeland and turned up on Ground Zero. The story goes that after a good twenty years, not even Halloween Knight could fight off time, and he was noticeably slowing down, and not even working one week a year stopped (The 31st of October to the 6th of November, or as it's most commonly known; Halloween to The Day Of The Dead. That week is always an event in Lucha land, as he runs down the ramp handing out candy, doing his fun little skeleton dance... Okay, it doesn't sound like much, but trust me, it's over like rover.) So the Mexican big wigs went to Halloween Knight and offered him a big PPV for his retirement... and Halloween Knight responded by going to Dave Sullivan to offer his services for Ground Zero to prove he's as good as he ever was. While he didn't win, he impressed FWA officials enough to offer him a full-time contract. The idea was for him to debut around the 31st of October, but then his good buddy Trash Mammal got himself in trouble... Gimmick: Chair swinging, jukebox dancing, spooky icon of Luca Libre. Accomplishments: Finalist in Season Four of Ground Zero. -Lucha legend- Mascot of a national holiday. Style of Wrestling: The majority of Halloween Knight's techniques come from modern Lucha Libre, with additional high-impact slams borrowed from American and Japanese wrestling. Along with practiced technical skills, Halloween Knight is a versatile, well-rounded luchador with an affinity for high risk maneuvers. Between his high-speed dives and his high-impact slams, opponents quickly feel the brunt of Halloween Knight offense. For whatever reason, Halloween Knight truly LOVES using steel chairs in his offense whenever possible, in increasingly creative and elaborate ways including using them as launching pads or springboards for his attacks. Trained in the traditional tecnico style of lucha libre, He's a bit at a loss against the more roughshod American "Southern" style and often ends up at a loss in a brawl. Moveset:
Signature Moves:Horrorcanrana- A Rana sometimes to an oncoming opponent while springboarding or from the top rope to an opponent sitting on the turnbuckle. Sometimes he dance walks across the top rope before delivering it Monkey Flip to an cornered opponent Three SPOOKY Suplexes- Triple Rolling Vertical Suplexs TERROR Tornado DDT! -A springboard DDT, often preceded by his DANCE walking across the top rope. Finishing Move: Dia De Los Muertos - Jumping Spinning Wheel Kick, more often then not with the assistance of a steel chair ALA The Van Daminator Cryptonite Crunch - Back to Belly Piledriver with neck cradled underneath the arm SUPER FINISHER THRILLER - Coast to Coast Dropkick (Sometimes with a Steel chair) Picbase: L.A Parka Theme Music: ~/~|~\~ ... Weight: 237lbs Height: 6ft 1 in Age: 23Billed From: The Dumpster Out Back Alignment: Face, to the point where he has a popular call-and-response chant with the fans. "EAT TRASH," clap clap, "KICK ASS", clap clap, "PLAY DEAD", clap clap. Makes for a good t-shirt. Background: Throughout history, luchadores have ascended to stardom by taking on an animal motif for their gimmick. It really adds to the larger-than-life, borderline superhero persona. Where others would've adopted the threatening and intimidating motif of a dragon, the proud and vicious mask of a lion, or the sleek and elegant aura of a flamingo, a new name has stepped up to continue the long-time tradition in a more humble, modern way. Mamífero De Basura, aka, TRASH MAMMAL. Taking on the noble and whimsical motif of the majestic possum, Mamífero De Basura keeps his opponents on their toes with wit and trickery, usually by 'playing dead' after visibly motioning for the audience to play along behind his opponent's back. He's obviously still pretty green as a wrestler, but has a pretty good knack of working a crowd, so even a nothing match with minimal workrate has the crowd interested purely through his antics. Eat trash, scream, play dead, get paid. It's a good slogan for a t-shirt, ain't it? Brought in to Ground Zero Season Four for the LUCHA season, Mamifero De Basura quickly realized that while many of his competitors probably eclipsed him in terms of in-ring talent, and he'd like be an early boot. So he instead leaned into his out-of-ring traits, such as his charisma and drama to become Ground Zero's unofficial backstage correspondent to those who just got eliminated, managing to catch exclusive words with El Rey, Moochelle Von Cowowitz, Khronos, and Lone Shark, to name a few. That said, his hot scoop interviews seemed to be less 'interviews' and more 'thinly-veiled riffing on his guest.' Despite such, it got enough attention to keep him on a while longer than he should've, but his habit of kelptomania drew the ire of St. Sulley after - somehow - stealing the letter E from his name, thus briefly becoming the Trashé Mammal. After getting - rightfully - booted from Ground Zero, Mamifero De Basura lurked around various FWA arenas, hoping to continue his schtick by attempting to ambush various FWA talent for one of his patented interviews. He had his attention set on Nate Savage & Jackson Fenix, however seems to have drawn the attention of their proteges, Kung Fu Boom, instead. After a heinous assault, he made a call to a partner, an ally he met during Ground Zero... Gimmick: A giant possum (see: man in a possum suit (maybe)) who always seems to be in the dumpster closest to drama, attempting to turn himself into an unofficial backstage correspondent via hard-hitting, irrelevant shitpost-humor style cutting interviews to prop himself above whomever he's interviewing. Accomplishments: Semi-Finalist of Ground Zero Season 4. Style of Wrestling: Lucha Libre! A touch more grapple based than his lighter partner. Moveset: Signatures:Springboard Spinning Elbow Strike Cartwheel Death Valley Driver Rolling Uppercut (will probably add a few more in a bit) Finishing moves:Rabies Shot - Spinning Blue Thunder Bomb Playing Possum - Nearly-inescapable pin trap, typically busted out by surprise. That ultimately did not come to fruition until some 18 years later.

Chris Kennedy A fellow FWA Hall of Famer. He and Gabrielle have always been like Fire and Ice. Too similar to ever have a happily ever after together, their marriage fell apart and all that really keeps them anywhere near each other now is their daughter.
Desmond Matthews The Owner of Stuffed Sluts. Desmond is the man who propositioned Gabrielle in that Strip Club now owned by Steve Corbin in early 2023. This time she didn't back out last minute and Desmond guided her through a very lucrative career in Hardcore Pornography, serving as her Agent, regular Co-Star on Onlyfans and Director of many of her scenes.
Jack Severino The man that Gabrielle crossed the World with. A childhood friend, turned boyfriend in their adolescence. They both shared a passion of Professional Wrestling that saw them leave the familiarity of New Zealand chasing what seemed impossible. Jack worked as security at that Strip Club, though their romantic relationship didn't last'. Jack would eventually become a World Champion and FWA Hall of Famer in his own right, as well as one of the most hated people in company history.
Mike and Steve Corbin Mike owned the Strip Club that Gabrielle worked at when she was 18 years old and desperate for money. His son Steve later taking over after his father passed away. Mike was pretty hands off with the girls while Steve took advantage of his power.
Mr and Mrs Montgomery Gabrielles parents were always her biggest fans. It was her Dads belief in her that made Gabrielle believe that she could achieve her dreams. It was that same belief that made her refuse to give up when upon arriving in America money was so tight.
Trent Montgomery Gabrielles older Brother. He's long looked up to his little sister because of how fearless and ambitious she is. While much of her family turned their backs on her when she went into Porn, Trent never abandoned his little sister.

Background: Much like many masked wrestlers, her real name is kept from public record and with it, most of her history prior to the life of wrestling. But the Captivating masked star of MAYHEM has given small glimpses of her life prior to wrestling. Starting young like several top female performers in the country, Vampiress started her training in early High school, to the dismay of her parents despite being seen as a gifted student excelling in school. So much so that she wrestled under a mask from day one, though the Vampiress name did not happen right away. Instead, eventually, as she was scouted by the units in the company, she was drafted into SIN, a group of freaks and villains in Cosmic Joshi Wrestling. There the Vampiress persona was crafted, creating an appearance to feed off of her negative emotions and inspire beauty and fear into her name. She started off well after joining SIN, winning the “Young Blood Tournament,” a tournament held by the company for wrestlers 19 and under. Then eventually won her first Trios titles.
However, as she matured, and her family found out who she was (and thus the long process of getting them to accept her dreams), she grew dissatisfied with the group, both with how they would routinely step over the line, and the leader. Things came to a head where in a tag team match she walked out on her team, getting away from the group. She was a loner for several months, and even was on a losing streak. Eventually, Vampiress found a home in MAYHEM, after a vote unanimously accepted her. Finding a new lease on life, she got the ball rolling again, starting to team with another member, ironically one she beat in the finals of the tournament she won years ago, Ririko. Then, almost a year later, MAYHEM got a foreign member, a rare sight, especially after the pandemic. That girl was around her age too. Cali Hayama. Much like MAYHEM gave Vampiress a new lease on life, it was the same for Cali and the three young members of the group instantly clicked with them winning the company’s Trios championships, Vampiress’ second reign, and they would become the Trio to beat.
Their reign ended at 315 days after Cali Hayama, having been unable to really focus due to her US commitments, hesitating and costing them the match. Tensions nearly blew up, but they were calmed by MAYHEM’s leader and their mentor, Saori Suzuki. Afterwards, Vampiress revealed to Cali that she wishes to go on a tour in America. This caught the eye of Cal Robinson of FWA management. He extended an offer to her to spread her wings more in America and ever hungry for competition, she accepted a per-appearance deal with Fantasy Wrestling Alliance under the slightly modified name of Vampyra.
Her start in the promotion was fast and furious, going from facing nobodies to getting lucky chosen as part of the F1 Climaxxx tournament, facing some of the best in the promotion including champions. During this time, she would win her first singles championship in her career, the FWA Television Championship. The catch, she drew the ire of the previous champion, Shawn Summers who attacked her. Despite losses in the tournament, she made significant progress in a short time, earning respect from the crowd and having a rising stock as not just a future star, but one of the now. Though her title reign was cut short thanks to a fatal four way defense, the message was clear. She is capable of hanging with ANYONE on the roster AND capable of competing at a championship level.
Though, that start ended up being too hard on the young star. With the majority of her time in a European Tour, far away from home, she was left burnt out mentally and physically and took a brief, but extended absence from the promotion in order to wrestle at home and reflect. She made her first in person appearance back at The Grand March announcing that she will enter the CC and rid herself of a curse that was put on her long ago. That curse turned out to be: the Vampyra persona.
Entering the match, she debuts a new mask, a spirit she feels is more true to her and a new name. Gone is the darkness, and instead a more free spirited persona and colourful. Katsu. Since becoming Katsu, she has seemingly continued her momentum on both sides of the pacific, with YOKAI Death Squad emerging as a Unit of its own in Japan, appearing in FWA, and being in multiple title pictures in FWA. However an injury derailed her momentum and once healed, spent an extended time away from FWA owing to Japanese commitments, including her first singles title in Japan, and a growing tension between FWA and CJW.
But finally, at the Carnal Contendership 2024, Katsu made her return. The Kitsune Warrior would enter the Sphere in Las Vegas at #26. She would not just match what she did the previous year, qualifying for Steel Roulette again, but making it all the way to the final two. Across her was fellow returnee, Krash. On that night, the Mustached Maverick would triumph, setting up an almost destined showdown with Jeremy Best, but, once again, Katsu’s growth has continued and is certainly destined for big thing on both sides of the Pacific.

Attire:
Taking inspiration from Lucha-libre with a Japanese spin, Katsu always has her signature mask on with inspiration from the Kitsune. Her attire then has a bra, long arm sleeves and arm bands. Then it is usually tights with some skin showing on the side, but she's not afraid to mix it up with short trunks. The colours can vary. She often has a mix of red, white, pink, gold, and black to fit with her Kitsune astetic, or reps YOKAI Death Squad with black or white and neon colours. For big matches, she often themes her colours either based on the match, opponent, or city. EX: Green, white, and red in Mexico City fighting fellow masked wrestler, Vengedor, all white at "Worlds Unite" in the dead of winter.
Entrances she usually has a cape which flows behind her. Then often an extra mask for the entrance. Often it is a larger, slightly more elaborate version of her normal mask, but she mixes it up for big matches and other occasions.{"Pictures"} Masks and attire colours can vary, with red being common. Though the design generally stays. She usually has a second entrance mask, often taking inspiration from a kitsune as well, though it can vary depending on her opponent and the match.

Entrance Motions:
The drums of "Megitsune'' cause the arena lights to flash in tune, drawing cheers from the fans. After seven seconds, a shadowy figure appears on the stage. Her arms are crossed in front of her chest, hands in a fox head pose as the LED lights behind her show nine Kitsune tails flowing behind her. As the music picks up, she spreads her arms wide as fire spurts from the side of the stage. Katsu basks in the glow of the fire before doing a throat slashing gesture as the rest of the LED lights are on. Cape flowing behind her, Katsu makes her way down to the ring.
Announcer: "Introducing First/Their opponent, representing YOKAI Death Squad, from Osaka, Japan, she is the Kitsune Warrior, KAAATSUUUU!!!"
Moving down the ramp at a somewhat quick pace, Katsu removes her entrance mask to show her regular one and she gives a small head tilt while holding it next to her head. Going around the ring, she places her entrance mask on the apron before sliding on the apron.. One hand on the ropes, she opens up her cape and closes her eyes, keeping a calm aura to her. She quickly drops down into the splits then slides into the ring.
Heading to the nearest corner turnbuckles, Katsu climbs up them and puts one foot on the top rope. She does another throat slash before winking to the crowd. Heading down, she leans down in a superhero-like pose, holding her arms in an “X” in front of her chest. Katsu’s hands again have the Fox-head gesture before she spins around and heads to her corner unclipping her cape as her music fades.{"Why the new sign up?"} 1. Background: An Asian-Canadian who grew up a proud geek with bright pink hair, Cali found wrestling as an easy escape, along with video games. The gaming world dictated part of her life, letting her float to more hobbies (including wrestling itself along with parkour, even paintball and more). As she went into wrestling, she decided to let it dictate her presentation, turning every match into a geek-fest as Cali X. This allowed her a chance to wrestle for a company called Liberty or Death Wrestling, where she had a handful of matches, including an upset win over a recent world title contender. Her time in the said company was short-lived, however, due to a global pandemic forcing a shutdown (our kayfabe reason for closing).
After some time sitting at home, Cali got double vaccinated and was allowed a brief tour in a Joshi company in Japan. As per tradition, she wrestled a number of tag team matches with their factions, leading to a singles match. With her being an outsider, the company had her fill in for an injured regular, who was in a group called MAYHEM. They did not get along at first, with Cali having to earn their trust and her style clashing with the group. After talking to the group’s leader, Cali attempted to fit in, and it ended up helping. The group warmed up to Cali and turned around their fortune for the rest of the tour. After her final match, Cali was embraced by the group and was made a member of the group.
Upon her return to North America, she took time to reinvent herself, removing her vibrant pink hair and rechristening herself as the Slayer Queen, showing more of a chip on her shoulder. While her fans were concerned about the change, she has since reassured them that she still performs for them, just this is about her maturing as a competitor and has since found a balance between her current self with MAYHEM and some of her personal side out of the ring. In the time since, she has primarily focused her wrestling in Japan, balancing it with her 2 mill+ YouTube channel and Twitch career. She’s known to be very close with her trio of friends, dubbing themselves YOKAI Death Squad. Though Katsu, one of them, has since wrestled in FWA, she has not had much of a desire to make the jump to FWA also, until there was a trios division announced (and maybe some other ‘reasons’ too <3 ).
The original YDS trio would appear as a fixture in the early days of FWA’s Trios division, coming close to being FWA Trios Champions twice while Katsu still would balance it with her singles division commitments. But, the Kitsune Warrior would injure herself out of the ring and after Cali would fulfil one more commitment, the trio would drop out of their bookings in FWA.
Focusing on Japan, upon Katsu’s return from injury, YOKAI Death Squad would become a full-fledged unit, with Katsu and Cali agreeing to be co-leaders of the unit. They would even expand, adding Ririko’s sister, REO, and Miyu Kawamato. But they would not appear in FWA for over six months with some “tension” between their two promotions. But with Katsu’s return at the Carnal Contendership, it appears the door is open again for them.

ENTRANCE:
The opening to “Internet Friends” begins to build as the arena’s lights are dim before flashes of lights begin to dance to the music. Red, purple, pink, and neon green in tune with the music as Cali Hayama makes her way out, walking with confidence to her as her jacket flops around. She has a half mask on, with a part of it covering her eye and she kneels down. Smoke shoots up on both sides of her as she points her finger forward, sideways like a gun. After a moment she hops up and heads down the ramp.
Announcer: "Introducing first/their opponent, representing YOKAI Death Squad, from Kelowna, British Columbia Canada, she is Next Level, Cali Hayama!"
On her way down the ramp, the Sky Devil has her arms out to her side and moves loosely. As she gets to the ringside area she quickly hops onto the apron and pulls on the top rope, getting loose. Leaping over the top rope, she gets into the ring and quickly heads towards the ropes on the hard-cam side. Hooking her leg on the top rope, she flips back her hair. She takes off her mask and shows a confident smirk. Winking, the Asian-Canadian hops down off the ropes and goes towards her corner, sliding off her jacket as her theme music fades away. Having a large growth spurt as a girl in Japan, she towered over most of her classmates and some teachers by middle school. Despite that, she really has never been much of an intimidating force and was far more bubbly, creative. If anything was made fun of by some classmates for being so large. However, she found an escape, pro-wrestling. Given her natural size, it was a likely transition, though it started out rough for her. With her size, she was a touch clumsy early on and it didn’t help that she was balancing wrestling with her school commitments. But, she managed to get under the learning tree of Saori Suzuki who recruited her for a new unit she was forming, MAYHEM. Ririko was the first young recruit of the group, focusing on building the future of the promotion. She slowly would gain confidence, having a rivalry with a future friend, Vampiress (or as we know her as now, Katsu).
Things went to a whole new level once her former rival would join the group as the two would click instantly as tag team partners and friends, showing that sometimes opposites do attract. Later, a foreign girl would join the group, Japanese-Canadian, Cali Hayama, and the three friends would be inseparable. Proving to be a great trio in their home country and even as a pair with her and Cali Hayama becoming the CJW Tag Team Champions. The three would name their trio “YOKAI Death Squad” and act as a mini-Unit within their larger unit. Though with Katsu bouncing back and forth between Japan and America, they seemed to be content letting her do her own thing in America and cheer her on from afar.
Then came a certain set of championships and despite Ririko’s limited understanding of the English language (She's working on it!), they are appealing to her. Ririko would appear alongside Cali and fight in the Trios division with Katsu, being contenders for the titles. After Katsu's injury, the two quietly would not appear in FWA, instead focusing on building the unit at home. With her younger sister, REO, joining, and Miyu Kawamato, who shares a love of singing and danging with Ririko, their group of friends have expanded more!

The fast strumming to “Brave Ghost” plays through the speakers and after a few moments, Ririko runs out onto the stage, spinning around before doing an over the shoulder pose, and winking. Her jacket flops around as she moves out. She flips her ponytails, the mask's tongue flicks.
Announcer: “Introducing first/their opponent, representing YOKAI Death Squad, from Nagano, Japan, she is POWER Girl… RIRIIIIKOOOO!!!”
On her way to the ring, the Joshi moves fast, circling the ring. She high-fives some of her hopeful fans. Back at the ramp, Ririko backs up before running and sliding into the ring. She rushes to one of the corner turnbuckles and heads up them, removing her mask. Announcer: Introducing first/their opponent, representing YOKAI Death Squad, from Nagano, Japan, she is the Shadow Queen, REO!
Going down the ramp, REO appears to be in her own little world, moving along with her music. At ringside, she crawls closer to the steps, resting a hand on them. The Shadow Queen then suddenly rushes up to them and swings herself into the ring. Rushing to the ropes, she leans on the middle rope, peering her head through the ropes. Removing her Oni mask, she shows a wild grin before she goes to her corner. REO’s theme music fades as the lights return to normal.

Alignment: FaceGimmick/Backstory:REO is the younger sister to former CJW Tag Team Champion, Ririko, and if you thought Ririko was a bit off, you have not seen anything yet! The younger sister to the MAYHEM member has been training for two years under CJW’s head trainer, Yukari Kozakai and taking part in occasional undercard matches, just under her real name Reo Hoshiki and not even mentioning publicly her sister is an active, and rising star in the company. She didn’t have much of a “character” to start, a common occurrence for many starting (After all, current FWA and CJW star, Katsu, simply began as “The Masked Girl.”) But, as she got beat down more and more, and as she got better with her training, the more we saw just how brutal in the ring she could be. Hard strikes, wild laughter, and an explosiveness some don’t get for years. Still raw, but a lot of potential to be brought out.
Four months before her 18th birthday, she debuted her new persona, “The Shadow Queen,” REO, a girl who walked on her own personal dark side. This sparked an invitation to join the group Sin. After all, a group dedicated to indulging in the dark could be the right place to bring her up to be a future star. They offered a “try-out tag match” for her. The opponents… MAYHEM, including her sister. While her side ended with a loss, she did well, and had no problem duking it out with her older sister, likely used to it for her entire life. But, after the match, a beat-down on MAYHEM began, and that was where she drew a line. She helped even the odds, and revealed the familiar relationship afterwards. Her sister, along with her tag partner, and MAYHEM’s leader, Saori Suzuki, called a vote to see if she could join the group, but the vote was not unanimous, with two holdouts, wanting her to prove more and not wanting nepotism to rule the group.
So, her way to do so: Excursion. MAYHEM member and close friend of her sister, Katsu, is already in FWA as a rising star. She also has shockingly proven to be a successful coach despite her age, leading El Vengador to a victory on Ground Zero Season four. Opening the door once again to America, the joshi prodigy is joining Season Five, not just to give herself much needed international experience to “prove herself” and maybe, become an international superstar at just the young age of 18. She would make it to the second last episode, showing an edge before getting eliminated. Around that time, Katsu ended up injured and that lead to some time for reflection for her. She would apologize to Katsu for her behaviour, and ended up joining the newly established YOKAI Death Squad unit. Though still short tempered, she has found herself comfortable teaming with her sister and friends, slowly getting better at channeling her emotions in a less dangerous way. As the Unit’s youngest/least experienced member, she still has room to grow, but she’s as hard hitting as they come.
Base Pic: Karma (Haruka Umesaki)
Attire: See picture above. Generally the same with YDS colours. Wears hood and oni mask in entrance. Miyu Kawamoto
{"Miyu Kawamato"} Name: Miyu Kawamoto Nicknames: Wild Heart “Hardcore/Deathmatch Idol” Height: Five Foot Three Weight: 115 Pounds Age or D.O.B: 25 Years of Age Billed From: Tokyo, Japan Disposition: Babyface Gimmick/Background:Originally part of Idol group ‘SUPER GIRLS,” Miyu found herself in wrestling thanks to one of its members wrestling part-time (Though she has since retired) and the cheerful but wild Kawamoto transitioned nicely into wrestling, slowly getting used to the rigors of training in the ring but accompanying her matches with singing and dancing for her entrance while she wrestled the greater Japanese independent scene. She would gain a cult-like following with her entrances, technical ability, and on occasion, a tendency to show a wild side. That was explored when, on a show where a deathmatch had an opponent drop out, she would accept and despite her getting her ass kicked, she grew to enjoy the rush. She began to incorporate more hardcore elements in her matches, weapons, skewers, barbed-wire, and would get a taste for blood, showing an edge with. Miyu would also slowly stop singing and dancing to the ring (though she still loved to perform and even after leaving the group, still sings in her spare time) and she would have a reputation as one of the better female deathmatch stars in the country while not sacrificing her skill between the ropes. Her talents would draw the eyes of COSMIC Joshi Wrestling, who would sign the freelancer. Though deathmatches are less common in CJW, she would show she still has the skills to survive, occasionally adding a blood-soaked splash of violence when needed. She would remain factionless during the late parts of 2023, but began to advertise her “services” to other groups. Some would instantly shy away from her due to her deathmatch history, while others she herself refused to join. Then finally, the newly formed unit, YOKAI Death Squad would extend an olive branch to her. Though their faction co-leader, Katsu, admitted herself that “She is not a Deathmatch wrestler” the group appreciates her heart in the ring and they welcome her being uniquely her. Now in YDS, she has her crew she can roll with and have quickly grown to trust them as friends. Who knows? Maybe they’ll warm up to the hardcore life? -Probably not Katsu at least… Non-FWA accomplishments:Multiple albums released as part of SUPER GIRLS. Beating some guys in Deathmatches. Team Name:YOKAI Death Squad Often refered to as YDS Team Members:Katsu (Co-Leader) Cali Hayama (Co-Leader) Ririko Miyu Kawamato REO Combined weight:See individual weights, do math. Disposition: Face Tag Team History:MAYHEM was Formed in 2018 from the dissolution of the group of the Tokyo Death Crew, Saori Suzuki refused to be absorbed in another group, feeling vengeful at the forced dissolution of TDC. Her voice was echoed by a portion of fans, and while she could not carry the name of the old group, she felt she had something to offer and bestow upon other members. Having a call to anyone feeling left out of their group or feeling alone, soon MAYHEM was formed, and their goal, simple, Screw the System, and together they will show that when nothing is fair, anything goes. Though over the years, the stance has been softened a bit with their growing popularity. An early recruit was Ririko, at the time Some members would enter and leave, but eventually, this message ended up speaking to Vampyra (Now Katsu) who was on her own after escaping from her abusive former group, Sin. She joined the group. After the company returned post-pandemic, she got back on track and then Cali Hayama would join the group. Together they would form a regular trio with Ririko, another young member of the group, and the three were practically in sync as a team, each being a bit unique, with Cali being loud and brash, Katsu being the often calmer force but cunning, and Ririko being the wild-card with an abnormal combination of being able to kick faces in and throw people around with ease. This then unnamed trio became a great team and became CJW Trios Champions for nearly a year. Their success drew the attention of FWA where Cal Robertson successfully recruited Katsu to work for both companies. In the meantime, Cali and Ririko have shown their prowess as a team, winning CJW’s tag team Championships. Though by the time they won their belts Katsu lost her first singles championship- point proven, all three young ladies are capable of gaining gold both sides of the pacific. They are seemingly content to let Katsu continue her work in FWA along with their home promotion and work from afar- Until a certain set of championships were introduced. Cali and Ririko would begin to appear for FWA, competing in the Trios division while Katsu balanced her singles title pursuits. This ended with Katsu breaking her collarbone and thus taking time away from FWA. Once their old unit, MAYHEM, officially ended following Virtue's split, YDS would become its own unit, thus adding to the responsibility and its members, with first Ririko's younger sister being added, then Miyu Kawamato joining. Katsu is finally back in FWA, with her two promotions, and while the rest of YDS are not contracted to the promotion, it's safe to say the Sky Fox has opened the door for them once again. Tag Team Strategy: Control the pace, keep the speed going, only slowing it down when needed such as grinding down an opponent but otherwise are zooming. A lot of fast paced, double team combinations. Ririko, even with her being more power based. Newer members each bring their own addition to it, but keep a generally quick pace. TAG TEAM MOVESDouble Standing Dropkick (sometimes done after a double dropdown then a double leapfrog) Snapmare from one member into a double PK Running back elbow from one opponent into the corner, they stay in place, move at the last second for the other to hit a corner dropkick. Drop toe-hold from one member, other holds them in a Last Chancery for the other to hit a low dropkick Superkick/Enziguri Combination Assisted Sunset Flip Powerbomb Train of corner attacks Double DDT Double arm-breaker TAG TEAM SIGNATURESDouble Crush (Running Senton from Ririko followed by a running Shooting Star Press from Cali) Drive By Plex (German Suplex from Ririko assisted with a running dropkick from Cali) Double Fly (Standing Moonsault from Katsu with a running Shooting Star Press from Cali) Team Twirl (Assisted Tornado DDT, Katsu and Cali, can be in either position) School Girls (School Boy Powerbomb by Ririko with a diving elbow drop from Katsu) Young Blood (Wheelbarrow from Ririko into a single knee facebreaker from Katsu) Cross Slash (Double Triangle Moonsaults to the outside by the high-flying wrestlers, Ririko follows with a vaulting press) FINISHERS (Can be done by any member combination)YOKAI Trigger (Golden Trigger/Double wrist lock double knee strike. The screens flash an 8-bit skull logo repeatedly. After about eighteen seconds, the YOKAI Death Squad Trio makes their way out. Katsu keeps her hand to her side, cape flowing behind her. Ririko runs to one side of the stage, amped up, as Cali Hayama hops in place. Ririko joins her partners in the middle of the stage as there are sparks of pyrotechnics. Standing next to Katsu, Ririko spins around and holds up the MAYHEM “M,” her masks "tongue" flopping around. Katsu crosses her arms in front of her, holding her hands in a “fox head” gesture as Cali Hayama kneels down in front of them, pointing her hand out like a sideways gun. The Canadian jumps up as all three begin to head down the ramp. Announcer: “Introducing first/Their opponents..., the Sky Devil, Cali Hayama, the Crazy Ghost, Ririko and the Kitsune Warrior, Katsu… YOKAI DEATH SQUAD!!!The three wrestlers head down the ramp before Katsu makes a break for the hard-cam side of the ring. The former FWA Television Champion opens her cape as she slides onto the apron. Cali Hayama jumps onto the apron and jumps over the top rope as Ririko slides into the ring. Katsu quickly does the spits and slides into the ring. Ririko and Katsu head to parallel turnbuckles as Cali Hayama hooks her leg on the top rope, removing her half mask and showing a smirk. The three head back to the middle of the ring and exchange a triple fist bump before heading to their corner.

He’s an excitable young fellow, a risk-taker, loves sports and race cars. Unlike many rich bastards he’s not the type to overly flaunt his wealth or see himself above people just because he has more money than some small countries. That being said, Alejandro’s naive to a fault and doesn’t know the life of a ‘commoner’ that well so he’s very prone to rubbing people the wrong way regarding his wealth and family. He’s in wrestling for the thrill and won’t compromise from his style and demeanor unless pushed too far. Despite receiving proper wrestling training from the likes of Kevin Cromwell, nGw was Alejandro’s first proper wrestling run and his inexperience occassionally got in the way of his natural athleticism and creative mind.
