Trios Name: Tr1ck or Tr4sh
Tag Name: Trick or Trash
Alignment: Face
Team Background: One of the most wonderful things about wrestling is when things that absolutely shouldn't work or at least be only be a one-match thing still somehow works. Case in point: The team of Halloween Knight and Mamífero De Basura, two luchadors that have nothing whatsoever in common, and were just put together for a random tag team match on Ground Zero. For whatever reason, things just 'clicked', and even with only limited experience teaming together, they just had a kind of seamless chemistry right from jump street. Yes, one might be a dancing skeleton, and the other might be a giant possum that hangs out in dumpsters, but they stand for the same things: Lucha culture, and wrestling being as wonderfully weird as possible.
But, there was a missing piece. An element uncounted. Enter: Juan Tothrefor. Together, the trio have joined forces to become one of the more... Out-there trios in FWA. Despite their quirkiness, their chemistry is undeniable, capping it off with a FWA Trios Title win shortly after joining forces. The trio remain as a popular FWA sight, whether it be Halloween Knight's energetic dances, Trash Mammal's attempts to overtake the backstage interviewer position, or the heart and soul of Juan Tothrefor.
Team Gimmick: Lucha Culture is wonderfully weird.
Tag Team Moveset:
Jump Scare (Fake out dive by Knight (often punctuated by Knight yelling out "BOO-!") followed by suicide dive by Trash, Moonsault/Senton by knight)
Pumpkin Patch II (Gutbuster/Diving leg drop)
Graveyard Smash (Basement dropkick/Tombstone Flapjack)
Dumpster Diver (launching dropkick into corner)
Trash O'Lantern (Total Elimination)
Tag Team Finisher:
Doomster (Like Dumpster? Get it? I don't know I don't think we came up with a name for this, so I came up with it on the fly - Codebreaker/Martiknees)
Tag Team Theme:
River Is A Vampire - Bear Ghost

THE TRICK...
Pictured: Halloween Knight, in the throes of his infamous BONE DANCE.
Name: Halloween Knight
User: Bongo
Height: 6ft 1in
Weight: 221lbs
Age: 48
Billed From: Torreon, Mexico
Alignment: Face
Background: Boo-! Did that Scare you?! Well I know something scarier, and that's the GHOULISH and FRIGHTFUL. Senior SPOOKS, Mr Halloween Knight! The man of a thousand bones is an iconic figure in Lucha Libre, one of the faces of Lucha Libre and one of the best all-rounders Lucha Libre had ever known. His golden period was between 1999 and 2005 when he seemed to churn out awesome matches on a near-nightly basis, but it was more then being a great wrestler, it's more then his infamous dance moves. It was more than his obsession with steel chairs. Halloween Knight was seen by many as the arch-defender of lucha culture, right down to the whole spooky outfit. The concept being simple. Whenever Lucha was dead, Halloween Knight would always be around to bring it back from the dead.
So you can imagine the surprise when Halloween Knight left his homeland and turned up on Ground Zero. The story goes that after a good twenty years, not even Halloween Knight could fight off time, and he was noticeably slowing down, and not even working one week a year stopped (The 31st of October to the 6th of November, or as it's most commonly known; Halloween to The Day Of The Dead. That week is always an event in Lucha land, as he runs down the ramp handing out candy, doing his fun little skeleton dance... Okay, it doesn't sound like much, but trust me, it's over like rover.)
So the Mexican big wigs went to Halloween Knight and offered him a big PPV for his retirement... and Halloween Knight responded by going to Dave Sullivan to offer his services for Ground Zero to prove he's as good as he ever was. While he didn't win, he impressed FWA officials enough to offer him a full-time contract. The idea was for him to debut around the 31st of October, but then his good buddy Trash Mammal got himself in trouble...
All things considered, things have been going better than expected. A promotion to the main roster, a FWA Trios title run, and two likeminded teammates in Juan Tothrefor and Trash Mammal. This Lucha Legend may have a lot left in the tank, after all.
Gimmick: Chair swinging, jukebox dancing, spooky icon of Luca Libre.
Accomplishments:
- FWA Trios Champion (1x, w/ Trash Mammal & Juan Tothrefor)
- Finalist in Season Four of Ground Zero
- Lucha legend
- Mascot of a national holiday.
Style of Wrestling: The majority of Halloween Knight's techniques come from modern Lucha Libre, with additional high-impact slams borrowed from American and Japanese wrestling. Along with practiced technical skills, Halloween Knight is a versatile, well-rounded luchador with an affinity for high risk maneuvers. Between his high-speed dives and his high-impact slams, opponents quickly feel the brunt of Halloween Knight offense.
For whatever reason, Halloween Knight truly LOVES using steel chairs in his offense whenever possible, in increasingly creative and elaborate ways including using them as launching pads or springboards for his attacks.
Trained in the traditional tecnico style of lucha libre, He's a bit at a loss against the more roughshod American "Southern" style and often ends up at a loss in a brawl.
Moveset:
Signature Moves:
Horrorcanrana- A Rana sometimes to an oncoming opponent while springboarding or from the top rope to an opponent sitting on the turnbuckle. Sometimes he dance walks across the top rope before delivering it.
Monkey Flip to an cornered opponent.
Three SPOOKY Suplexes - Triple Rolling Vertical Suplexes.
TERROR Tornado DDT! -A springboard DDT, often preceded by his DANCE walking across the top rope.
Finishing Move:
Dia De Los Muertos - Jumping Spinning Wheel Kick, more often then not with the assistance of a steel chair, ALA The Van Daminator.
Cryptonite Crunch - Back to Belly Piledriver, with neck cradled underneath the arm.
SUPER FINISHER
THRILLER - Coast to Coast Dropkick, sometimes with a steel chair.
Picbase: L.A Parka
Theme Music: Spooky Scary Skeleteons - Living Tombstone Remix

... The Trash...
Pictured: Trash Mammal, in his second most natural habitat. "Draw me like one'a yer French goirls", indeed.
Name: Mamifero De Basura, or Trash Mammal for the more casually inclined.
User: Wolfie
Weight: 237lbs
Height: 6ft 1 in
Age: 24
Billed From: The Dumpster Out Back
Alignment: Face, to the point where he has a popular call-and-response chant with the fans. "EAT TRASH," clap clap, "KICK ASS", clap clap, "PLAY DEAD", clap clap. Makes for a good t-shirt.
Background: Throughout history, luchadores have ascended to stardom by taking on an animal motif for their gimmick. It really adds to the larger-than-life, borderline superhero persona. Where others would've adopted the threatening and intimidating motif of a dragon, the proud and vicious mask of a lion, or the sleek and elegant aura of a flamingo, a new name has stepped up to continue the long-time tradition in a more humble, modern way. Mamífero De Basura, aka, TRASH MAMMAL.
Taking on the noble and whimsical motif of the majestic possum, Mamífero De Basura keeps his opponents on their toes with wit and trickery, usually by 'playing dead' after visibly motioning for the audience to play along behind his opponent's back. He's obviously still pretty green as a wrestler, but has a pretty good knack of working a crowd, so even a nothing match with minimal workrate has the crowd interested purely through his antics. Eat trash, scream, play dead, get paid. It's a good slogan for a t-shirt, ain't it?
Brought in to Ground Zero Season Four for the LUCHA season, Mamifero De Basura quickly realized that while many of his competitors probably eclipsed him in terms of in-ring talent, and he'd like be an early boot. So he instead leaned into his out-of-ring traits, such as his charisma and drama to become Ground Zero's unofficial backstage correspondent to those who just got eliminated, managing to catch exclusive words with El Rey, Moochelle Von Cowowitz, Khronos, and Lone Shark, to name a few. That said, his hot scoop interviews seemed to be less 'interviews' and more 'thinly-veiled riffing on his guest.' Despite such, it got enough attention to keep him on a while longer than he should've, but his habit of kelptomania drew the ire of St. Sulley after - somehow - stealing the letter E from his name, thus briefly becoming the Trashé Mammal.
After getting - rightfully - booted from Ground Zero, Mamifero De Basura lurked around various FWA arenas, hoping to continue his schtick by attempting to ambush various FWA talent for one of his patented interviews. He had his attention set on Nate Savage & Jackson Fenix, however seems to have drawn the attention of their proteges, Kung Fu Boom, instead. After a heinous assault, he made a call to a partner, an ally he met during Ground Zero...
Somehow, that turned into a surprisingly successful FWA run. Technically undefeated (see: unpinned), a FWA Trios Title to his name, and a firm allyship with fellow luchadors, Halloween Knight and Juan Tothrefor. Now, if he can juuuust squeeze his way into that interview position...
Gimmick: A giant possum who always seems to be in the dumpster closest to drama, attempting to turn himself into an unofficial backstage correspondent - Although his 'hard hitting' cutting interviews seem to serve only to prop himself above whomever he's interviewing.
Accomplishments:
- Semi-Finalist of Ground Zero Season 4.
- FWA Trios Champion (1x, w/ Halloween Knight & Juan Tothrefor).
Style of Wrestling: Lucha Libre! A touch more grapple based than his lighter partner.
Moveset:
Signatures:
Springboard Spinning Elbow Strike
Cartwheel Death Valley Driver
Rolling Uppercut
Finishing moves:
Rabies Shot - Spinning Blue Thunder Bomb
Playing Possum - Nearly-inescapable pin trap, typically busted out by surprise.
Picbase: Big O Possum

D.O.B/Age: 20 July 1987 (36 years old)
Billed From: Mexico City, Mexico
Alignment: Face
Background: By day, Juan Rodriguez is a math teacher at a primary school located in Mexico City. Juan loves interacting with his students and helping them to learn and thrive in his classroom. He takes pride in being a role model for his students and being on hand to navigate them through their journeys to unlocking their full potential.
However, by night, Juan Rodriguez is someone you would never expect to be teaching your child their addition and subtraction the following day. He places a mask on and becomes one of the most technically-competent wrestlers in Mexico - Juan Tothrefor. Juan has been a member of the Art of Lucha roster for several years, becoming somewhat of an understudy to the company's founder, CWA legend Chubby Carlos. Under Chubby's guidance, Juan has held the Art of Lucha Television Championship four times. His most recent reign ended earlier this year, in April. It was his connection to Carlos which earned him an invitation to the CWA's "I'm New Here!" Battle Royal a couple of years ago, which marked his wrestling debut outside of Mexico.
Losing his Television Championship and his appearance in that Battle Royal led to Juan entering the 2023 Carnal Contendership match, which happened to also feature his mentor. Neither were successful in winning the match, but Juan seemed to impress the right people as he was offered an FWA contract shortly after. As he tied things up in Mexico, preparing for his full-time commitment to the FWA, Juan has competed a couple of times, falling short to both El Vengador and Big Bryan Baxter. He has also drawn the ire of Johnny Johnson and The Great Maru; the latter attacking Juan twice on FWA TV so far. Despite his early FWA woes, Juan has recently been able to turn his rough luck around, joining forces with likeminded allies, Halloween Knight & Trash Mammal, to form the next POWER TRIO of FWA. True to his hopes, the trio has been widlly successful, with a long undefeated streak and a crowning of the FWA Trios Championship. It's all uphill from here - and you can count on that.
Gimmick: Elementary Math Teacher, turned Luchador.
Accomplishments:
- FWA Trios Champion (w/ Halloween Knight & Trash Mammal)
